LMW Global FZE Powers Tajikistan’s Textile Future with Smart Spinning Innovations

LMW, a global leader in textile spinning machinery, has expressed a strong interest driving textile innovation by deepening strategic ties with the Republic of Tajikistan on July 7, 2025 and showcasing its Smart Spinning Machinery at the International Textile Forum held in Dushanbe on July 9 & 10, 2025.

The LMW delegation, led by Mr. Jaidev Jayavarthanavelu, Director of LMW Global FZE, along with senior leadership team visited Dushanbe to explore collaborative opportunities in the region’s textile transformation journey. They were warmly welcomed by the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies, Republic of Tajikistan. LMW engaged with key government stakeholders, Mr. Kokhir Rasulzoda, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Sherali Kabir, Minister of Industry and New Technologies, Mr. Nazar Aziz Savzali, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies, and Mr. Yusuf Majidi, First Deputy Minister of Finance, Republic of Tajikistan. These discussions centered on developing a roadmap to revitalize the spinning segment and align with financial frameworks.

As part of the visit, the LMW team also engaged with the Embassy of India in Dushanbe and met Mr. Rajesh Uike, Ambassador of India to Tajikistan, who extended his full support to LMW’s initiatives. The Ambassador acknowledged the potential of this collaboration to strengthen bilateral industrial cooperation and promote sustainable textile development in Tajikistan.
